The role
- Drive prospecting to offer waste collection and recovery services to key clients.
- Build and maintain a network of influencers and partners.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute commercial strategy.
- Prepare offers, manage tender responses, and oversee new account onboarding.
- Support new accounts through industrial launch with R&D and technical teams.
- Track KPIs, update CRM, and contribute to sales reports.
- Lead marketing efforts, including content creation and event participation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technology.
Your profile
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in recycling, environmental, industrial or retail sectors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related fields is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; French or Portuguese is an asset.
- Interest in recycling and the circular economy.
- Autonomous, versatile, and proactive in driving business growth.
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, and a strong team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Valid driver’s license required.
