The role
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and engage with new customers to expand the company’s market presence and achieve sales targets, leveraging industry knowledge and networking skills.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, fairs, and events.
- Devise and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and increase profitability, including pricing strategies and market segmentation.
- Create compelling marketing materials and campaigns, effectively communicating our value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Ensure consistent delivery of sales projections, analytical reports, and market insights.
Your profile
- You hold a Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- You have minimum one year experience in (technical) sales, business development, project development in PV industry (working experience with an inverter manufacturer is an advantage).
- Good knowledge of solar projects and inverters.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- Able and willing to travel.
