Sales Engineer (Water & Energy)

This global leader in mechanical pipe joining systems is renowned for its commitment to innovation, safety, and efficiency across a wide range of piping solutions. With multiple offices and production sites around the world, the company supports key industries such as construction, fire protection, and industrial applications. As part of its ongoing expansion, the Energy & Water division is now growing its footprint in Poland and is looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to help drive this growth and strengthen its presence in the region.

The role

  • Promote company’s solutions to key stakeholders in the Water & Energy sector, including owners, consultants, EPCs, fabricators, and subcontractors.
  • Work with consultants and owners to get company’s systems specified in project designs.
  • Develop and present project proposals, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Provide field support, including product demonstrations and contractor training.
  • Organise seminars and trainings to build market knowledge the systems in Poland.
  • Collaborate with local distributors and coordinate with the broader sales team.
  • Report weekly to the Energy & Infrastructure European Director and support sales targets.
  • Oversee installations and ensure correct use of products on-site.

Your profile

  • University or college degree, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant technical experience.
  • Familiarity with the piping industry, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
  • Experience in the Water & Energy sector is a strong advantage.
  • Commercial mindset with a customer-centric approach.
  • Driven by results, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 75%).
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, confident presence.
  • Fluent in English & Polish; additional language skills are a plus.
