Your Profile
- Proven Sales Experience – You have at least two years of demonstrated success in the renewables sector, preferably with direct experience in B2C solar panel sales.
- Willingness to Travel – This position involves significant travel, with potential travel requirements up to 50% to meet with clients and drive sales initiatives.
- Relationship Building Expertise – You possess exceptional skills in forming and maintaining client relationships, crucial for long-term success in sales.

Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively selling solar panel systems directly to consumers. Develop and execute sales strategies that maximize profit and increase market share
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring exceptional service and addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning: Continuously analyze regional market trends and customer behavior. Use insights to develop strategic plans that address market dynamics and opportunities for growth.
- Travel and Client Meetings: Travel frequently within the Munich region to engage with clients, conduct presentations, and close sales. Ensure a proactive presence in the field to drive business development.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to enhance the sales process and improve customer satisfaction. Provide feedback and strategic advice to the headquarters to refine products and offerings.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on sales performance and other key metrics. Adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
