The Role
- Design and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for downstream blow moulding and filling automation solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key customers and partners within the industry.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and product training to ensure successful implementation and usage of the solutions.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical papers to customers and partners.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Manage and track sales activities, forecasts, and pipelines to maintain a clear view of sales performance.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management to guide business decisions
- Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time to engage with customers and partners.
Your profile
- You hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- You preferably have 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project development within the the filling market.
- You posses technical knowledge of downstream blow moulding automation solutions and their applications in the medium-sized bottle filling industry.
- You are business fluent in English.
- You are able and willing to internationally travel 25%-50% of the time.
