Your profile
- You have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
- Your track record demonstrates exceptional organisational abilities, including managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- You excel in written and verbal communication, enabling you to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Your keen eye for detail ensures accuracy and precision in all tasks, from drafting correspondence to preparing reports and presentations.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and can quickly adapt to changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience under pressure.
- Proficiency in office software and digital tools is essential, enabling you to efficiently manage schedules, streamline workflows, and maintain organised records.

Responsibilities
- Executive Support – Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Communication Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Documentation and Correspondence – Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Information Management – Maintain organized and up-to-date files, records, and databases, ensuring easy access to critical information and confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Meeting Coordination – Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and execution of decisions.
- Project Coordination – Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Event Planning – (Once a year) Coordinate logistics for corporate events, including venue selection, catering, and guest invitations, to ensure successful execution.
