The role

Drive sales and promotion of the Fire Protection product range within Warsaw & Nothern Poland region.

Report weekly to the Sales Director on sales activities and market insights; meet sales targets.
- Promote and demonstrate the Victaulic System for binding applications, including product and tool installation.
- Secure product acceptance and specification with owners and engineering consultants.
- Build product knowledge in the region through seminars, training sessions, literature, and technical support.
- Coordinate with local distributors to ensure clear and consistent information flow.
- Visit job sites, monitor installations, and train contractors on proper system usage as needed.
- Manage product claims in collaboration with the Corporate Engineering team.
- Support finance in collecting outstanding receivables.
- Collaborate with fellow sales colleagues across the territory.
Your profile
- University or college degree, ideally in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of relevant technical experience.
- Familiarity with the piping industry, or the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
- Experience in the Fire Protection sector is a strong advantage.
- Commercial mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Driven by results, comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel (up to 75%).
- Strong communication skills and a professional, confident presence.
- Fluent in English & Polish; additional language skills are a plus.
