The role
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of potential business.
- Conduct regular visits to end users and distribution partners to build and strengthen relationships.
- Carry out on-site surveys to assess needs, recommend appropriate product solutions, and provide expert advice on product selection.

- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
- Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets, and effectively communicate or allocate them through sales platforms.
- Ensure proper execution and follow-up on activities related to local contracts.
Your profile
- You have proven experience in sales to end-user customers and distribution partners, with at least 2 years in the PPE, safety, or related industrial sector.
- You are fluent in Polish and communicative in English.
- You are a collaborative team player with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude, known for building strong relationships and driving success. You are highly proactive and eager to learn.
- You hold a valid driver’s license, enabling flexibility and mobility for the role.
