Regional Sales Manager

Our client is a global leader in hand & foot protection, offering high-quality gloves and shoes designed to reduce workplace injuries. With 450+ employees in over 20 countries, they aim for zero accidents through their complete safety concept, combining products, education, and safety inspections. They are looking to expand the team with a Territory Sales Manager in central Poland. The role

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of potential business.
  • Conduct regular visits to end users and distribution partners to build and strengthen relationships.
  • Carry out on-site surveys to assess needs, recommend appropriate product solutions, and provide expert advice on product selection.
  • Establish the company as a recognized leader in personal protection by cultivating strong external networks.
  • Actively engage in client events to expand the company’s reach and influence.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.
  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets, and effectively communicate or allocate them through sales platforms.
  • Ensure proper execution and follow-up on activities related to local contracts.

Your profile

  • You have proven experience in sales to end-user customers and distribution partners, with at least 2 years in the PPE, safety, or related industrial sector.
  • You are fluent in Polish and communicative in English.
  • You are a collaborative team player with a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude, known for building strong relationships and driving success. You are highly proactive and eager to learn.
  • You hold a valid driver’s license, enabling flexibility and mobility for the role.
