Your profile

  • You should have at least 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • You are highly motivated &  striving to develop yourself further .
  • You have a high level of self-motivation & personal responsibility.
  • You ae fluent in German and have a good basic knowledge of English.
  • You enjoy working with people.

 

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing performance marketing strategies across various digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google to drive leads and conversions for clients.
  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor strategies, ensuring our campaigns remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • Managing and optimising advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI and efficiency for clients’ campaigns.
  • Work closely with graphic designers to create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement and conversions.
  • Monitoring campaign performance in real-time, analysing data, and providing regular reports and insights to clients, along with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and technical teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and deliver exceptional results.
