Your Profile
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns, preferably in the renewable energy or sustainability sector.
- You are passionate about sustainability and the environment, with a deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, trends, and market dynamics, and a commitment to driving positive change through your work.
- You possess strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop targeted marketing plans, and measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI.
- You have a creative flair and a knack for storytelling, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and visual content that resonate with target audiences and inspire action and engagement.
- You excel in cross-functional collaboration and teamwork, with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our renewable energy solutions and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
- Create compelling content and visual assets, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts, that highlight the benefits of renewable energy and communicate our brand values and mission to target audiences.
- Manage digital marketing channels and social media platforms, including website, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation, and use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and product development initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and KPIs, and use data and analytics tools to track ROI, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing tactics.
