The role
- Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to implement sales strategies. Provide technical assistance to customers, addressing their needs and identifying automation opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and refine sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, offering tailored automation solutions.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the benefits of automation solutions.
- Collaborate with the product development team, providing customer feedback to influence product roadmaps. Work with external partners to ensure effective sales strategies and customer support.
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities. Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations, adopting best practices in all sales activities.
Your profile
- You hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- You preferably have 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project development within the thermoforming industry, specifically focused on food packaging solutions.
- You possess a strong understanding of the thermoforming industry.
- You are business fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus.
- You are able and willing to internationally travel 25%-50% of the time.
