Your Profile
- Proven Sales Experience – You have a minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the manufacturing industry, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
- Market Knowledge – You possess a deep understanding of the Italian market landscape, including key industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Relationship Building Skills – You excel in building and nurturing relationships with clients, stakeholders, and distribution partners, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities to drive business outcomes.
- Results-Driven – You thrive in a results-oriented environment, with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering measurable outcomes that contribute to the company’s overall success.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share in Italy, identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
- Manage Client Relationships – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for all their sales-related needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify Market Trends – Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams – Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Achieve Sales Targets – Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company, monitoring sales performance and pipeline activity, and implementing corrective actions as needed to drive results and meet business objectives.
- Provide Sales Reporting – Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales data and trends, and providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning initiatives.
