Your profile
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles, with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with key stakeholders, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives.
- Software Industry Experience: You have a strong understanding of the software industry and technology solutions, with experience in selling or supporting software products and services to enterprise clients, preferably in healthcare industy.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand clients’ business needs, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategic account plans to drive growth and retention.
- You have excellent communication skills in English & Dutch, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- You thrive in a fastpeasced environment/
- Proficiency in English is required, with French being advantageous, to effectively communicate with clients and collaborate with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and challenges, and proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review their usage of our software solutions, gather feedback, and provide training, support, and guidance to ensure optimal utilization and value realization.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients, and drive revenue growth and expansion within your account portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for your clients within the organization, representing their interests and advocating for enhancements, features, and solutions that align with their needs and priorities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts in CRM systems, and provide regular reports and updates to management on account status, pipeline activity, and revenue projections.
