In the unlikely event that our client is dissatisfied with the candidate provided, we pledge to continue the search or offer a refund of a portion of the fee. Furthermore, we provide a replacement guarantee, assuring that if a candidate leaves the position within 8 weeks, we will swiftly find a suitable replacement at no additional cost.
