Head of Marketing QSR
A fast-growing global restaurant brand with a clear mission to Serve the World Flavor is expanding into Poland. Founded in 1994, the company now operates over 2,000 restaurants worldwide and continues to scale internationally. As part of this exciting growth, we are launching in Poland and looking for a Head of Marketing to lead market entry, build strong brand awareness, and drive long-term growth. The role
- Lead the marketing strategy and execution for company’s launch and growth in Poland.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans in collaboration with franchisor teams and external agencies.
- Build brand awareness and position Wingstop effectively in a new market.
- Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, PR, local restaurant marketing, event activations, and content creation.
- Manage agency relationships and coordinate campaign development and execution.
- Use data, insights, and competitor analysis to optimise marketing performance and brand positioning.
- Handle PR, events, and crisis communication where needed.
- Initially operate as a standalone marketing function, with support from the headquarters marketing team, reporting directly to the CEO, and with plans to build and grow a local team over time.
About You
We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on marketing professional who thrives in high-growth environments.
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, retail, QSR, or other consumer-focused industries
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Bachelor’s or Master’s preferred
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, with hands-on experience across digital, social media, content, and campaigns
- Ability to think strategically while also executing and delivering results
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude
- Strong understanding of Polish consumer culture, especially youth trends (music, sport, fashion, entertainment)
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English
- Willingness to travel frequently, both within Poland and internationally, particularly during launch phases
