Head of Production

The role

• Oversee and align the production process with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring timely fulfilment of customer demands and deadlines.
• Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows, optimising the use of materials and human resources.
• Track production performance through KPIs, proactively identifying areas for improvement.

Your profile

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification, ideally in a field relevant to their industry.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical production processes.
• Excellent communication skills for smooth cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English.
• An analytical mindset paired with effective problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership abilities to inspire and guide the production team.
• Strategic thinking with strong planning capabilities.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
