The role

  • Develop and implement quality standards for products and production processes.
  • Monitor and analyse performance to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
  • Inspect product quality, identify deviations, and initiate improvement plans.
  • Evaluate production workflows and propose efficiency-enhancing solutions.
  • Communicate clearly across departments regarding quality issues and improvement strategies.
  • Create and maintain clear work instructions for the production team.
  • Actively support all teams across various tasks whenever needed, fostering smooth collaboration
  • and continuously contributing to the improvement of plant operations.

Your profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably in steel or metal-related industries
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured yet creative approach
  • Ability to take ownership of improvement initiatives and follow them through to implementation
  • Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings – this is a must
  • Able to work under time pressure while maintaining focus
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in Polish and at least communicative English
