Quality & Process Engineer

To support this growth, they are looking for a Quality & Process Engineer who will play a key role in upholding quality standards and driving continuous improvement across production processes. The role
- Develop and implement quality standards for products and production processes.
- Monitor and analyse performance to ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Inspect product quality, identify deviations, and initiate improvement plans.
- Evaluate production workflows and propose efficiency-enhancing solutions.
- Communicate clearly across departments regarding quality issues and improvement strategies.
- Create and maintain clear work instructions for the production team.
- Actively support all teams across various tasks whenever needed, fostering smooth collaboration
- and continuously contributing to the improvement of plant operations.
Your profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably in steel or metal-related industries
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured yet creative approach
- Ability to take ownership of improvement initiatives and follow them through to implementation
- Skilled in reading and interpreting technical drawings – this is a must
- Able to work under time pressure while maintaining focus
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
- Fluency in Polish and at least communicative English
